Our 2003 Calf Scramble winner was Halei Leann McCary from Bronson, Texas Our 2004 Calf Scramble winner was Thomas David Gibson from Springtown, Texas. Thomas placed third in class in the Weatherford Show, eight out of twenty in Dallas, second place in Denton and forth place in the West Texas State Fair. His heifer is a Short Horn. Our 2005 recipients (yes TWO!) were Kathy Wagner of Channelview, Texas and Danielle Arnold of Panhandle, Texas. Both recipients received their certificate for judging. Kathy’s heifer was a Santa Gertrudis and she took first place in the 2006 Houston Show. Danielle’s heifer was a Maine Anjou.
